The LRCBB (Regional Center Basket-Ball League) is the regional basketball management center under the aegis of the FABB.

Founded on September 11, 2021 and officially approved by the Ministry of the Interior under n°11 on February 16, 2022.‎

As a non-profit, non-commercial organization, its mission is to develop and promote basketball.

It is active in the following wilayas: Ain-defla – Algiers – Blida – ‎Bouira – Boumerdes – Médéa – Tipasa –  and Tizi-Ouzou.

It has seven (07) leagues of wilayas and twenty two (22) clubs from the central region.

It organizes and supervises the competitions of the central region, in particular the championship of the national division 2, the Algerian cup and the youth preselections tournaments.

The headquarters of the LRCBB is located in central Algiers.‎
